Services

Lifetime Technical Support

M.C.M. after-sales service is structured to ensure operational continuity, fast response times, and interventions carried out exclusively by qualified in-house technicians. Every activity – from commissioning to maintenance, repairs and retrofits – follows clear and documented procedures to guarantee traceability, efficiency, and consistent service standards throughout the machine lifetime.

Technical Support

All support activities are managed directly by M.C.M. team, both remotely and on site. Each service process includes preliminary analysis, diagnosis, solution definition and final verification. Every machine is supported by technicians with in-depth knowledge of its mechanical systems, electrical architecture and CNC configuration.

For international installations, M.C.M. works with carefully selected service partners specialized in heavy-duty machinery. These companies ensure rapid intervention and production continuity, even on machines processing components weighing up to 25, 40, or 60 tons. They operate in direct coordination with M.C.M., use genuine spare parts and follow aligned technical procedures. For complex applications, service activities may be carried out with a joint approach in order to maintain the same high standard of support outside Italy.

Repairs and Genuine Spare Parts

Repairs can be carried out at M.C.M. facility or directly at the customer site.
The spare parts warehouse includes mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, spindle units, rotating assemblies and model-specific equipment. This ensures immediate compatibility, fast availability and performance aligned with original factory specifications.

Scheduled Maintenance

Maintenance can be planned in advance or requested as needed. Service checks include geometry and alignment verification, guideway wear inspection, vibration analysis, performance under load, lubrication systems and CNC parameter verification. Each inspection concludes with a detailed technical report outlining the machine condition and any recommended corrective actions.

Operator Training

Training can be delivered either at the customer facility or at M.C.M. headquarter and includes machine operation, CNC programming (Fagor, Fanuc, Siemens), tooling strategies, tool management and operator-level routine maintenance.
Courses are tailored to the production environment and participants experience level, with the objective of reducing errors, minimizing setup times and limiting machine downtime.

Warranty and Post-Warranty Support

Every new machine is covered under warranty in accordance with contractual terms.
Following warranty expiration, customers may activate extended warranty options, scheduled maintenance packages, or dedicated long-term support programs tailored to actual machine usage.

Retrofitting and Overhauls

Major overhauls are carried out at M.C.M. headquarters and may include CNC upgrades, replacement of key mechanical assemblies, refurbishment of guideways and slides, geometry realignment, renewal of electrical systems, replacement or refurbishment of machine enclosures.
If retrofitting does not provide a clear technical or economic benefit, customers are informed transparently and alternative solutions are discussed.
