TC HEAVY PLUS is the evolution of the HEAVY model, designed to increase stability and machining capacity on large workpieces. The reinforced monolithic structure and the oversized base offer superior rigidity, ensuring constant precision in prolonged machining operations and with more demanding loads.

The work area is configured to ensure stable support of the workpiece and smooth movement of the carriage throughout its entire stroke, facilitating the handling of long or bulky components. The spindle, equipped with inverter control, allows the rotation speed to be adjusted quickly and precisely without interrupting the operating cycle.

The model achieves a turning length of up to 16 meters, a diameter of 1600 mm, a spindle power of up to 45 kW, and a load capacity of 10,000 kg. TC HEAVY PLUS is a reliable solution for workshops that require continuity, rigidity, and control over medium-heavy machining and large workpieces.
