CNC lathes 5 STAR evo 90→200
The 5-STAR EVO 90…200 series uses the same structural platform as the 50…90L, but is designed to work continuously close to the maximum limits of workpiece size and mass. The reinforced base and guide geometry are designed to maintain linearity and stability when the load approaches 40,000 kg.
Even in this configuration, the machine offers 20 meters of usable length and a working diameter of up to 2,500 mm, with a 1,600 mm monolithic bed and a spindle of up to 178 kW. The difference lies in its typical use: the 90…200 is geared towards very long and heavy components that require continuous cycles and often demanding cutting conditions.
The option of two independent carriages allows multiple operations to be concentrated on the same installation, optimizing time and making the most of the machine’s capabilities in the most demanding applications.
