CNC Lathe | 5 STAR evo 50→90L
The 5-STAR EVO 50…90L is designed for handling long parts or parts with complex geometries, thanks to a double central guide that reduces interference between the carriage, tailstock, and steady rests. This architecture offers greater freedom in the choice of support points and the arrangement of equipment along the machine.
Here, the working range reaches 20 meters between centers, with diameters up to 2,500 mm. The platform is designed to support loads up to 40,000 kg, resting on a monolithic bench 1,600 mm wide; the spindle can develop up to 178 kW of power.
The possibility of configuring the machine with two independent carriages allows for parallel machining and reduces overall cycle times. The 50…90L series is particularly suitable for long components that require multiple turning and finishing operations on the same installation.
