Conventional Lathe TC MEGALOS
TC MEGALOS is the top model in the range and is designed to handle machining operations on non standard components, characterized by high masses, large diameters, or very long lengths. The machine uses a high-rigidity base and a reinforced structure, elements that maintain feed regularity and geometric precision even under particularly demanding load conditions.
The 1100 mm wide bed ensures ample support for the workpiece and promotes stable carriage feed over very long strokes. This fluidity of movement allows for machining control that, in terms of continuity and precision, is close to the solutions typical of CNC lathes dedicated to large diameters.
With a turning length of up to 16 meters, a machinable diameter of 2400 mm, and a load capacity of up to 25,000 kg, TC MEGALOS is suitable for machining rollers, shafts, cylinders, and large industrial components, ensuring consistent and reliable performance even in the most demanding cycles.
