Control
We offer maximum control in any type of machining, thanks to the possibility of choosing between:
- CNC lathes, ideal for repetitive, high-productivity machining.
- Conventional lathes, dedicated to tooling, prototyping, and single production, where manual management allows direct control of each phase.
CNC machines can be equipped with Fagor, Fanuc, or Siemens control systems, selected according to production requirements and the target market:
- Fagor, appreciated for its simplicity and intuitive interface.
- Fanuc, known for its reliability and compatibility with large-scale production lines.
- Siemens, chosen for its precision and wide configuration flexibility.
The controls are configured and tested internally by M.C.M. technicians to ensure smooth operation, immediate response, and stability even after many hours of work.
Each lathe can be customized in terms of controls, movement logic, and instrumentation to adapt to the operator’s working methods and the production habits of each country.
Safety
We comply with the most stringent international safety regulations.
During assembly, each model undergoes checks and functional tests that verify its stability, precision, and compliance:
- structural load testing with the Load-It system;
- dimensional checks and geometric alignments;
- CE safety tests in accordance with EN ISO 23125.
All components are tracked and inspected, and each stage of assembly is supervised by qualified personnel.
Before delivery, the lathe is tested on site and accompanied by a complete report with the measured and approved reference values.
This ensures that the machine arrives at the customer’s premises ready to work in complete safety.

Since 2001, we have been operating with a UNI EN ISO 9001 certified management system, which ensures constant control over every stage of the process, from design to delivery.
The documented quality system defines clear standards for all company processes, ensuring that every machine meets customer expectations in terms of performance, reliability, and service.

Each model is tested for hours of continuous operation, with checks on temperature, vibrations, and wear.
For international customers, we work with local partners trained directly by M.C.M. to ensure rapid support, component availability, and specific expertise on the installed model.
