CNC lathes ATL evo
The ATL evo is positioned in the mid-range of the M.C.M. CNC range and meets the needs of those who need to machine medium-large components while maintaining a clear operating setup. Its more robust structure compared to the NEOS and increased axis strokes allow it to handle larger workpieces without sacrificing ease of use.
In terms of dimensions, the machine covers lengths up to 10 meters, diameters up to 1,000 mm, and can handle parts weighing up to 4,000 kg, using a spindle with an installed power of up to 45 kW.
These features make the ATL evo suitable for heterogeneous production contexts, where single pieces and repetitive series alternate. The response of the movements is fluid and access to the tooling areas is designed to reduce set-up times, maintaining stability even on complex geometries.
